Proven methods to teach players how to be a factor on the post
The Hoop Mountain post camp is designed to teach players how to become a complete post player. This camp will present every facet of the low and high post game. Campers will be taught facing the basket and back to the basket offensive and defensive post play. The camp is for players entering 6th grade through postgraduate year. Players will be divided by age and skill level.

- Low Post moves and shooting techniques
- High Post moves and shooting techniques
- Offensive footwork and defensive footwork
- Mental approach to post play
- Rebounding and passing fundamentals
