Hoop Mountain Academy is a high level instructional camp. This camp is for players looking for an all-in-one camp to take their basketball game to the next level through games, skill work, film sessions, and guest lectures. At this camp players will receive outstanding instruction and play against some of the best competition throughout the region. 

The Hoop Mountain Academy provides a no nonsense environment where players can learn from some of the best teachers in the game. All coaches at the Academy are Hoop Mountain certified and range from college coaches to varsity high school coaches to current and former collegiate and professional players. Every staff member shares one thing; the desire to help our campers get better. 

To realize your potential in the great sport of basketball.  The off season is the ideal time to hone your skills.  The Hoop Mountain Academy promises to provide all day and night coaching.  The coaches at the Hoop Mountain Academy are dedicated to making the campers stronger in all phases of the game.  Time will be spent on shooting, scoring, driving, finishing, ball handling, rebounding, and defending. 

The campers are divided by age and skill level to allow for level competition. The Academy is for players entering the 4th-9th grade. This is an overnight camp. 

Check-in is at 10:00am-12:30pm, check-out is at 11:30am.

Camp Location

Our camps are located at Roger Williams University in scenic Bristol, Rhode Island. Campers will stay on campus in RWU dorms and eat all meals in campus dining halls. The RWU dining halls have be rated among the best in the country by the USA Today among other publications.

Camp Safety

Campers reside in the Roger Williams University dormitory. A safe environment is provided for the campers. The camp director and his staff reside in the dorm with the campers. Campers are with the staff the entire day and night in the athletic center or dining halls. Parents can visit the camp anytime during their child's stay.
