Hoop Mountain Elite Prospect Camp is designed for players entering 9th through post graduate (grade 13).  The camp has a perfect blend of scholarship college evaluational and instruction. Hundreds of players throughout the Hoop Mountain history have received full scholarships offers at the camp.  Campers at the Elite Prospect Camp actually are coached by scholarship college coaches. In addition, numerous New England Prep School coaches are on the Elite Prospect Camp staff.

The second part of the camp is around the clock teaching. Players are in the gym the entire camp locked in to instruction from college and prep school coaches starting with the 6:45 a.m. early bird session to the night owl session culminating at 10:30 p.m. at night.  The players only leave the gym for dining. This is an overnight camp. 

Hoop Mountain Elite Prospect Camp offers the following:

  • Annually 12-15 scholarship college coaches on the staff
  • The scholarship college coaches actively coach the campers
  • After the conclusion of the camp the scholarship college coaches individually review each campers performance at the camp and project each campers' possible role in college basketball. 

The following colleges have been represented at Hoop Mountain in the last couple years: Adelphi, Assumption, Babson, Bates, Boston College, Brandeis, Colby, Dominican, Florida Southern, Franklin Pierce, Merrimack, Northeastern, Pace, Roger Williams, Sacred Heart, Seton Hall, St. Michael's, Tufts, UMass, Vassar, Wesleyan, among others. 

Many of the finest New England Prep Schools head coaches are on the staff. The following is a list of schools these coaches represent: Canterbury, Chesire Academy, Groton, Marianapolis Prep, Phillips Andover, Phillips Exeter, Pingree, St. Andrew's, Suffield Academy, Williston Northampton, Worcester Academy

Roger Williams University

Located minutes away from beautiful Newport, Rhode Island, the campus overlooking the Narragansett Bay, has state of the art facilities. The recreation complex is one of the best in the region. The isolated campus is safe for all. A low ratio (8:1) of campers to staff and campus police ensure maximum camper safety.
