The program is designed to benefit those officials who work 3-person assignments on high school, junior college and college levels.
The staff is comprised of veteran college officials and current top Division One officials who will be lecturers and observers during the entire school. Their observation will include utilization of video taping of games and tape recording of actual floor work.
